m.Net & 2DayFM/Fox FM/SAFM/B105/92.9/NXFM Breast Check Reminder - Terms and Conditions

1. The 2DayFM/Fox FM/SAFM/B105/92.9/NXFM Breast Check Reminder is a service provided by m.Net Corporation Limited (ACN 078 791 107) (‘m.Net’) by arrangement with Austereo Pty Ltd.
2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions any use of the words ‘m.Net’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ means m.Net Corporation Limited.
3. ‘You’, ‘Your’ or ‘Customer’ refers to you, the customer and user of the 2DayFM/Fox FM/SAFM/B105/92.9/NXFM Breast Check Day Reminder Service (‘the Service’).
4. By agreeing to subscribe to the Service you will receive an SMS message on the 1st day of each month reminding you to check your breasts.
5. The ongoing subscription is free, however the initial SMS to request the service will be charged at 50 cents.
6. You may withdraw Your consent to receiving the Service by replying to the reminder with the word ‘STOP 2Daycheck’ for 2DayFM, ‘STOP Foxcheck’ for FoxFM, ‘STOP B105check’ for B105, ‘STOP SAFMcheck’ for SAFM, ‘STOP 929check’ for 92.9, ‘STOP NXcheck’ for NXFM.
7. m.Net provides the Service in the form of a SMS reminder message only is not responsible in any way for any information broadcast or provided by Austereo on its websites in relation to breast self-checks, breast cancer prevention or breast cancer treatment.
8. m.Net provides no advice with respect to breast self-checks, breast cancer prevention or breast cancer treatment and accepts no liability in relation to those matters to subscribers to the Service.
9. Whilst m.Net will use its best endeavours to ensure that the SMS message is received by You on the 1st day of each month, m.Net provides no warranty that the messages will be received and m.Net accepts no liability for any failure to access the SMS message.
10. m.Net gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Service and reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. In the event that the Service is terminated m.Net will advise current subscribers by SMS message that the Service has been terminated.
11. If You do not agree to the Terms You should not use the Service.
