| The Heartmoves exercise program is a low to moderate exercise program designed by the Heart Foundation and the Department of Health. Run by accredited exercise professionals, the classes are suitable for anyone who is not currently exercising or previously exercised. The class is also a great place for people to make new friends and work with others to get moving, and have fun exercising at their own level within a small group. Please contact Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre for a Health Assessment Form or further enquiries. (A completed Health Assessment is required for participation.
